As licensed clinical social worker, they maintain certifications in School Social Work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Integrated Health Care Provision. They are also a Certified Personal Trainer. They specialize in the holistic healing of complex trauma by integrating aspects of spiritual, sexual, physical, and mental health. They aim to decolonize therapy, increase accessibility, and mahe healing fun by using evidence-based ancestral practices like music, movement, art, and food. This is part of the Bite-Sized CE Series.
