This continuing education course is for clinicians who feel overwhelmed with current events and burned out by the work they do. This course will go deeper than a discussion on self-care and provide practical tools for handling your stress levels. Attendees will be able to immediately implement skills learned to improve their clinical practice and overall well-being. This course will also address concerns related to BIPOC clinicians dealing with microaggressions and systemic racism which also contribute to compassion fatigue. Natasha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the states of Florida, Idaho, Iowa and Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Delaware, Oregon, South Carolina and Virginia.
