This comprehensive training session is designed to empower behavioral health professionals with a deeper understanding of ethical principles and the importance of an established ethical decision-making model. Participants will lean into the six-core ethical and moral principles: nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, autonomy, fidelity, and veracity, and understand the role that each play in guiding behavior health practice. Additionally, the training will provide practical steps to develop and implement an ethical decision-making model, that will ensure professionals are prepared to navigate the complex waters of ethical practice.
