This workshop provides supervisors with a clear, practical framework for navigating power dynamics and boundary challenges in clinical supervision. Participants will learn to identify high-risk boundary issues, implement structures that promote accountability and professional development, and protect clients, supervisees, and organizations from ethical and legal risk. Deidre Gestrin is currently an LCPC, RPT-S, ACS, and NBC-HWC. She has worked with children and family systems for 17 years. She has worked in various mental health settings as a clinical director with 15 years of experience supervising other professionals.
