Description NEURODIVERGENT SERIES PART 1 OF 3 Objectives: -Identify diagnostic criteria for ADHD and Autism and consider the unique presentations among different populations -Learn and use affirming language necessary to discuss neurodivergent populations Bio: Laura Tewel is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Washington. She supports, empowers, and advocates for neurodivergent individuals from her professional experience as a marriage and family therapist and lived experience as an autistic ADHD adult. She has seen the need and power of prioritizing the neurodivergent lens in assessment and intervention for therapy. She lives in Washington with her husband, three sons, and two cats.
