This workshop provides supervisors with a clear, practical framework for navigating power dynamics and boundary challenges in clinical supervision. Participants will learn to identify high-risk boundary issues, implement structures that promote accountability and professional development, and protect clients, supervisees, and organizations from ethical and legal risk.

Presenter Bio

Deidre Gestrin is currently an LCPC, RPT-S, ACS, and NBC-HWC. She has worked with children and family systems for 17 years. She has worked in various mental health settings as a clinical director with 15 years of experience supervising other professionals.
