Description
1 CE GENERAL PRACTICE

Objectives
-Differentiate RSD from trauma responses, mood disorders, and personality pathology
-Identify how RSD disrupts feedback, repair, and emotional safety in adult relationships
-Apply regulation-first interventions that reduce escalation and shame
Coach couples to deliver feedback in ways that minimize RSD activation

Description
This training zooms in on RSD as a nervous-system phenomenon, not a personality issue, and teaches therapists how to slow sessions down, reduce rupture, and support repair.
