This course will go deeper than a discussion on self-care and provide practical tools for handling your stress levels. Attendees will be able to immediately implement skills learned to improve their clinical practice and overall well-being. This course will also address concerns related to BIPOC clinicians dealing with microaggressions and systemic racism which also contribute to compassion fatigue.
