Presenter bio:

Dr. Valli is a licensed mental health professional with over a decade of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Her work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with a focus on attachment, relational dynamics, and culturally responsive care. She has a particular interest in maternal mental health, including the unique experiences of immigrant mothers navigating identity, isolation, and systemic stressors. Her clinical approach integrates trauma-informed principles with a deep respect for cultural context and lived experience. In addition to her clinical work, she is passionate about teaching and developing practical, accessible trainings for fellow clinicians.
