Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through The CE Cafe, operated by Pacific Northwest CEs. Please review the details below before purchasing a live event, on-demand course, non-CE event, or annual pass.

Live CE events

Cancellations received by email before the start of the live event are eligible for a full refund. To request a cancellation, click the blue “cancel” link at the bottom of your Zoom confirmation or email info@pacificnorthwestces.com with your name, order information, and the event title before the event begins.

We do not offer refunds, credit, materials, recordings, or partial attendance credit for missed or partially attended live sessions. Recordings of live events are not distributed unless specifically stated in the event description.

On-demand CE courses

On-demand purchases provide access to digital course materials. Course materials are available for 90 days after purchase and learning activities must be completed within that timeframe.

On-demand purchases are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased. If you have trouble accessing your materials, email info@pacificnorthwestces.com and we will help troubleshoot.

Annual CE passes

Annual CE passes are not refundable once purchased. Passes provide access to eligible CE courses for one year from the date of purchase and are for individual use only.

If you purchase an individual course and later decide to purchase an annual pass, the individual course purchase is not automatically credited toward the pass unless a specific promotion or written exception applies.

Non-CE events

Cancellation and refund details for non-CE events may differ by event. Any event-specific policy will be included in the individual event description.

Technical or access issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a live or on-demand event, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pacificnorthwestces.com. We may be able to assist.

We are rarely available during the 15 minutes immediately before a live event begins, so please check your Zoom access and system setup early.
