These Terms & Conditions apply to use of The CE Cafe website, courses, events, passes, and related materials. The CE Cafe is operated by Pacific Northwest CEs.

By using this website or purchasing a course, event, pass, or digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of website and materials

Course materials, handouts, videos, Course Access Guides, downloads, and related content are provided for individual educational use only and intended for licensed mental health professionals seeking continuing education for licensure and practice-building purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, share, sell, post, upload, or otherwise make course materials available to others without written permission from Pacific Northwest CEs.

Continuing education

Pacific Northwest CEs is an NBCC approved continuing education provider, ACEP #8000. Course categories are offered as general guidance only. Please contact your licensing board directly with any questions about specific course content and your requirements.

Certificates are issued according to the requirements stated for each course or event. Attendance, completion, quiz, evaluation, or other requirements may apply.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account information used at purchase. Please contact us if you need help locating a purchase or accessing course materials.

On-demand course materials are available for 90 days after purchase unless otherwise stated. Annual pass access is available for one year from the date of purchase.

Purchases, cancellations, and refunds

Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

Website accuracy and availability

We work to keep course, event, pricing, access, and policy information accurate and current. Errors, updates, technology interruptions, or availability changes may occur.

Limitation of use
