Description
This training is an overview of emotional regulation within the brain. The goal of this training is to increase awareness of how emotions interact with brain functioning via visual, auditory and written examples. This training lives within the holistic model of therapy creating the connection of mind, body and spirit.

Bio: Ericka Day provides trauma informed care to adults who have experienced various types of relationship trauma in Idaho and Virginia. She has her doctorate in Traumatology counseling and utilizes EMDR, IFS and DBT to create awareness and change in her practice.
