Chronic mental and physical health disabilities are often invisible. With the cultural rise in health conditions, it is imperative that therapists assess and understand the impacts of disability in the therapy space. This training will share personal and professional experiences to increase your understanding, compassion, and competence with disability while also addressing the stigmas and biases associated with the word “disability.”
