Description
This one hour training invites clinical supervisors to deepen their approach to supporting supervisees who work with neurodivergent adults through a neuroaffirming lens. Participants will hear examples of case consultation and learn strategies for addressing common questions that arise in supervision when clinicians are supporting neurodivergent adults. This training will also demonstrate how neuroaffirming practices can be intentionally modeled within the supervision space itself.

Bio: Jane Kosloff, LICSW, PMH-C is a neurodivergent clinical social worker in private practice in the Seattle area. Previous to private practice, Jane has worked in community mental health and primary care settings. In her private practice, Jane has a focus around perinatal mental health including trauma and OCD. Jane offers continuing education, speaks at conferences, and offers consultation  around topics related to neurodiversity, neurodivergent affirming care, and the intersections of perinatal mental health.
